Surveillance
/ Case Five
This case involved a lady who came
to see us in relation to her husband of some two
years.
During the period of the marriage, her husband had
never spent a weekend with his wife, saying that
he was looking after a friend's house whilst his
friend was abroad.
A surveillance operation was commenced on the subject,
who, it transpired was very surveillance conscious
and kept stopping the car to check if he was being
followed. The subject was eventually followed
to a house fifteen miles from his own address.
He was seen to enter the house using his own key,
and some short time later, a female arrived at the
house and let herself in.
Photographs were taken each time and further observations
were maintained over the weekend. Photographs
of the two together were also taken.
It materialised that the subject worked with the
woman whose house it was. The photographs
and the sworn affidavit were given to the client
who then successfully sued for divorce. |
